This chestnut framed building was made using locally soured materials as a demonstration to a school, local and wider community that green building principles can be used in a simple way to achieve a modern yet natural building.
The raw elegance of the structure is visible from the outside, and on entering the space the entire frame, made from 130 sweet chestnut trees comes into view.
